is there going to be a bill thatwould make all cell phones compatible with all phone carriers?
i heard that theres going to be a bill passed that would make, for example, the LG Chocolate, a Verizon wireless phone, compatible with AT&T. True?
The LG Chocalate can already be compatible all you have to do is switch out sim cards and figure out the code, or you can get them on ebay already unlocked. But there isn’t going to be a bill that makes every phone company make there phones compatible with each other, it would cost to much and put some smaller companies out of bussines.
