Ringtones for Phones

I recently sold my old Sony Ericsson phone on Trade Me… I got $100- for it. So now I am going to get a new phone… I really want a GOOD cheap phone… I really want a touch screen or something.. I saw this pink touch phone on Trade Me and I am thinking of buying it, before I do I just need to look at all of the possibilities. The maximum I can spend- $200-
