is there any way to fix bad cell phone reception?
just got a new phone and it drops the call when i call out but incoming calls are fine… any ideas?
You may need to update your roaming information.
For Verizon, it’s *228 send, then option 2. Takes 2 or 3 minutes.
For other services, it may be different. You can try calling customer service at 611 and asking them.
