What is the best cell phone without a data plan?
Hi, I need a new cell phone, and am on AT&T. I don’t want to pay an additional $30 per month for a data plan, but do want the best phone that I can get. What are your opinions?

Buy an unlocked iPhone off eBay… Doesn’t have to be brand new then slip ur sim into it then Ta-da no data plan & no extension of ur contract…
