My friend is 93 and has some visual impairment (macular degeneration) and hearing impairment. He needs a cell phone with few bells and whistles that is easy to see and easy to use. All he needs is to be able to make and receive calls, an address book, and voice mail. Naturally, cost of the phone, accessories, and service are considerations.
