What does free upgrade mean when referring to cell phones?
My cell phone was stolen, and I dont have insurance. My cell phone company (tmobile) told me I could get a free upgrade if I wait until may 15. They said if i buy a cell phone now, i can only get a partial upgrade. What does that necissarily mean? The phone that I am going to purchase is the blackberry curve. So how much would that be.
