Where can I buy a cheap cell phone without having to sign a contract?
I have Metro PCS but i want to get another phone. The phones they have there are too expensive. I know that if i get a phone that doesnt have a sim card i can use that for Metro PCS. Where can i get one thats nice but doesnt cost alot?
