Y do ppl steal cell phones?
steal cellphones knowing that they do not have the charger or the accessories to go with it? I m ean if they wanted to they could go buy the charger but otherwise what is the point of stealing a cell phone knowing that its gonna die a few days later? Just to eat up the other persons talk time on their bill? I never understood cell theivery.

accessories are so cheap these days that they can buy them for a small cost, steal a top grade phone and sell them.
