Best Cell Phone Companies and Plans?
I just recently ended my cellphone plan with Verizon Wireless, i didn’t really like Verizon at all.
They just didn’t offer enough, free nights counted after 9pm, weekends started Saturday instead of Friday and I only had 100 texts!
I heard AT&T and Sprint have good plans.
Any suggestions?
It really depends on what you need. I have been with AT&T/Cingular since 2002 and have had very few problems. I have never used any other provider.
The reason I orignally went with AT&T was for their nationwide plan. Its not too expensive and the coverage has been great everywhere I have needed it. I travel quite a bit and need to have reliable service when I am out of town. The reason I stayed was because of their excellent customer support. I’ve had very few issues, and the issues I did have were cleared up quickly and easily.
If you don’t travel and don’t need great coverage, there are normally local plans that offer cheap service and unlimited minutes. The problem is that these providers typically don’t work outside a small coverage area.
Personally I love AT&T, but I have friends that use US Cellular and love it.
