My At&T cell phone keeps breaking, is there a cell phone lemon law for Florida?
this is my third refurbished phone that AT&T has given me since last month. I’m a fairly new customer w/ a 2 year contract. i am so agravated! can i get out of my contract because of this problem because im getting sick of it. i have the sony ericsson w580i.
I hate AT&T. Is it not working or is it dropping all your calls. The best thing to do is to keep calling customer service and keep complaining. Make them GIVE you a new phone.
I had a situation with them.Almost all my calls kept dropping. It got so bad that when a client tried to call me 4 times, all 4 calls dropped. I was so angry I threw the phone against the wall, shattering it. I then went to an AT&T store and told them I needed a new phone. They wouldnt give it to me so I kept calling customer service and they sent me a new phone.
You can get out of your contract but they might charge you $250 as an early termination fee.
AT&T- More Bars in More Places…. because once you deal with their service, you want to get drunk
