I need to know if there is any directory to find out who a partcular cell phone number belongs to?
I know superpages.com has it where you can look up a home or business number and it tell you who belongs to that phone number. But I was wondering if there is any directory to find out about cell phone numbers.
i work for a cell phone company. from what i understand, cell numbers are private & therefore cannot be listed in a public directory. however there are sites where you can enter the NPA-NXX (area code & prefix) and find out what carrier owns that line range.
