Phone for my grandma- Jitterbug or something else?
My 84 y.o. grandma is interested in a cell phone. Her husband (my grandpa) has had a Virgin Mobile phone for several years, it’s pay-as-you-go and he uses very few minutes per month. But my grandma wants a phone. Would the Jitterbug be good? I’ve heard that it’s overpriced. Are there any similar phones (geared towards seniors) on the market??
She would be overwhelmed with a super high-tech camera PDA MP3 phone, etc. so something with LARGE buttons, simple icons, etc. would be best. Thanks for the help! 
Whatever you do don’t get the jitterbug. Its a $175 phone that does UHH nothing. You can get the same phone for $10 on Virgin Mobile. Plus the plans are decent.
