Question for ppl with Sprint cell phone service??
I’ve been looking for a new plan and Sprint looked like a good service but I’ve seen some bad reviews online.
So here’s my question, if you have Sprint, hows the reception, customer service, and how are they about “hidden charges??

I live in Ohio by the way.. has anyone experienced service in the Cincinnati area?
I have Sprint, have been with them for 21/2 yrs, no problem with any of the three things you mentioned until the first week of October. Any calls made from, to or around my home are dropped within 15 seconds of connecting. I just got online myself and read some reviews and plan on calling Monday to see about getting the problem resolved and try to get credit.
I just have the basic $40 dollar plan, no bells and whistles.
