at&t cell phone help please ?
ok so we have recently switched over to AT&T and we have this plan.
it is for 3 phones, 1400 minutes (dont know price) and unlimted texting (30.00) for 140.00 a month, it also gives us rollover minutes. our first bill was 266.66 dollars, we contacted them and they said it was the activaction fee and it would go back down to 140.00 a month. but i’ve just looked on my phone and it says now 303.03 is due by jan 19! why is this occurring? and we do not use the internet . our phones are 2 palm centros and a very simple flip phone.
I had a plan through T-Mobile and the same thing happened. I would definitely call them and find out the reason for the new astronomical bill. Did you go over the minutes? Do you have downloading ring-tones blocked? Do you have the internet blocked? Just asking, because my teenagers quickly taught me the hard way about ensuring they did not have access to purchasing ring-tones, the internet, and making sure they do not go over their minutes.
