New cell phone screen isn’t working properly??
I’ve had this phone (an LG ux380) for a little over a month now. Almost every time I open it, there’s a serious lag and the screen takes a little bit longer to turn on. Now it won’t turn on at all! What should I do? The phone itself still works (I can place calls) but I can’t see what I’m doing. I didn’t think to take out the insurance on it. Will that affect being able to return it if I need to? And has anyone else had this problem with their phone?
Call your carrier, this happens sometime,they should send you a new phone & you send yours in to them
