When a cell phone company (Virgin Mobile) commits fraud?
Fraud has been committed against me by cell phone provider Virgin Mobile USA. I disputed an unauthorized charge they made to my PayPal account and in retaliation they suspended my phone service with over 560 minutes on it that I have already paid for with seperate funds. They have NO LEGAL RIGHT WHATSOEVER to steal from me the airtime minutes I already paid for with funds not related to the disputed charge.
Apparently Virgin Mobile USA has a habit of making unauthorized charges and otherwise defrauding the American consumer:

Those extra pennies in interest they earn from doing this and holding the funds for acertain number of days adds up over time.
Do you think the interest income should be given to
a) the consumers who they have done this to, or
b) the U.S. Justice Department to help pay for the cost of investigating and prosecuting their company?
sounds like you need to consult with an attorney
