Ringtones for Phones

O.k, so im looking to join one of these 3 companies and get a cell phone. I heard T mobile is pretty good…..their coverage in my area is great, and i really like quite a bit of their phones. Verizon, i keep hearing, is the best company in America because of their customer satisfaction ratings. Their phones are o.k, and i think i know how their phones look in and out (they are o.k). At&t is different because im not too aware of their service. Some friends of mine are with At&t and say it’s great. Not to mention some of their phones are cool. So which company do you recommend by what you know?

P.s im also not the richest guy in the world, so some great prices would be very helpful.
