Buying a new cell phone (no plan): Locked? Unlocked? What?
I have a cell phone and service plan I am already contractually in for 2 years. But I want to buy a new cell phone. What is the difference between a locked cell and unlocked?
a locked cell phone is when its literally locked to a specific cell phone service provider/carrier.. when its unlocked.. any cell phone service provider could be used with the cell phone..
