What Cell Phone Carries have the best reception at Indiana University?
I am attending Indiana University Bloomington this fall and am having problems getting good reception with my current carrier T-Mobile. I am planning on switching but don’t know which carrier is better. I’ve heard good things about Verizon and AT&T. Any idea on which is best?
