A good cell phone plan for an canadian living in the states and making calls to canada?
k so i go to school in the state of michigan and need a cell phone that can call to canada at a pretty reasonable rate..i call canada for about an 1hour to 1.5 hour a day. Does anyone know of any contracts that i can sign in to at a good rate even without a SSN or any good pay as you go cards?
You might do better using Skype.com – all calls are free.
International rates are a bit steep on pre-pay phones – even though they should not be.
ATT has a plan for calling the US, Canada, and Mexico – so you might check that one out.
