what is the cheapest cell phone for texting?
i want a cell phone really badly, but i need it to be really cheap. i’d only use it for texting. any suggestions?
Wal mart has virgin mobile phones for $25. it is pay as you go and texting is $5 for 200 texts or $10 for a 1000 texts or $20 for unlimited texts.
