ughhh so sad my poor little ENV2?
Alright well i havent had my phone for less then 4 days and my dog is a pitbull and shes BIG and she can jump she jumped up on my counter top and took my cell phone and chewed it i didnt have it under warranty … now its kinda bad the front part when you close it the keypad fell off … can i (1) buy a new keypad and put it into place ? (2) send it to cellulardr.com and let them fix it or (3) how do i go about it i dont wanna buy a new phone and spend 219 dollars i would but i rather get other stuff with my money the silver part is like chewed but i can get a case to cover it does anyone have any ideas on how to put the keypad on ?? helpful answers will help thank you
It takes 30 days for an insurance activation on an already purchased phone. So if you go back to the store and try to file a claim, it wouldn’t be accepted. I would take the phone back to the store and be honest and see if they can repair it or recommend someone who can.
