If your cell phone has been disconnected for a while, do cell phone companies give your number to someone else?
My best friend’s boyfriend’s phone has been disconnected for five months and he hasn’t had that phone number. Well when my best friend called the number, somebody else had the phone number. It was someone else’s number completely.
If you close your plan, your number will be given to someone else!!!!
