Free Weather Forecast on cellphone?
Where can I go to have free weather forecast on my cellphone and I don’t have internet on my cell phone so it has to be in a text format. Please Help
Do you have text messaging? If so, try this….
text the name of your city and the press space then press w.
text this info to 466453 (google) and a second or 2 later, you will have your local city weather. For example, type in chicago w, to: 466453. You can also sign up for daily text with your weather from yahoo. To do this, go to Yahoo weather, type in your zip code and look on that page for “sign up for text alerts” and fill in your info there.
Texts are free as long as you have a texting plan that you pay for from your carrier. I use google text and yahoo text alerts for a lot of other things as well, all part of my texting plan. Really no need to pay for internet data plans in a lot of cases.
