Ringtones for Phones

My parents say I can’t get a cell phone until I’m 18 . Though it was actually my mom but if my dad got me one my mom would totally snap on him(she just has to get her way with everything and actually she said college. But she probably doesn’t know that I know that I could just get one without her permission at 18). Also do you need a parent to get a prepaid one too? Because my mom wouldn’t even let me get that. Even if I paid for it myself and it was only used for emergencies. And no I wouldn’t talk too much on my phone. I’m not even kidding when I say my mother spends like 2 hours talking on her cell about something stupid to just one person. But honestly, I don’t even give a sh*t anymore. There have been so many times where I needed a cell, but my parents still said no. My uncle even tried convincing my mom, but that didn’t work. So now I’m just thing screw my mother. Where can I get a good prepaid phone?
