Can a Verizon cell phone with GPS, be located IF the phone is OFF but the battery is working? (more)….?
My son’s cell has been missing since last weekend. We checked with Verizon and NO calls were made in the past week but put a HOLD on the number. I thought the GPS device could be tracked unless the battery is removed or dead. ANY ideas or ANY “undeground” sites that could locate (in general) this phone?
