they get paid 10 dollars as an incentive when they sell a wireless phone with a plan (automatically added to their check). the cost of the phone is doubled when they sale it and that amount shows up on their daily sales log. in order to be on commission employees must sale an average of 100 dollars an hour which is hard. anything over 100 dollars an hour earns you 10 percent commission.
