phone suddenly losing full battery charge within an hour!!!!?
ive had my cell for less than a year. up until this week it stayed charged for quite a long time. suddenly this week its been losing battery extremely fast. so i tested it by fully charging the battery and then using it afterwards ((only a little for a few txts)) and seeing how long it took until it powered down on its own. 40 FRICKIN MINUTES. this is totally unacceptable for me, seeing that i am going to be out for full days all this week. what can i do to fix this or atleast help maintain full battery ((or some)) for longer?
Buy a new battery. You can approach the vendor to see if a new battery is covered since it’s a relatively new phone, but it’s doubtful. Overcharging your battery will wear it down quickly. So once you have a new battery, make sure you unplug your phone once the battery is fully charged.
