Where can I find a prepaid phone card with cheap rates to the following contries?
To be honest it is very hard to find a card that has my specifications. The specifications are:
calling from USA to Vietnam(Cell),China(Cell),Japan(Cell),and South Korea(Cell)
On SAME card
NO prepaid cell cards needed
NO connection, surcharge, maitainence, more than 1 minute rounding fees
10 cents or less per minute to each country(recommended)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this is what I use!
I also got VoiP….but some Governments don’t let the calls get thru!!!
you also can try SIP calling…like yahoo.voice.com or Skype, but same problem here….very hard at times to get thru…its not the providers fault, but there local government!
