Whats the deal with kids with cell phones?
I have a small son hes 6 i see kids around him as young as like 8 with cell phones, whats your take on this? I can understand a safety thing in a way but they are not using this for sfety more recreational,How young is too young? I assume my son will be asking me for one in about 2 years? What do i do, i dont want to give in to it if its not necessary….
I personally dont think a child should have a phone until about 14 -15 and they are working.
My sons are 3 and 5 years old. They will not get a prepaid cell phone until the age of 12 or 13. They will also have to do chores, respect their teachers and parents and keep their grades up in order to keep the phone. I was raised by an old school grandmother. She was deeply religious and taught me the meaning of morals and values. I earned whatever I got. I will teach my children to do the same.
