Can you make any AT&T cell phone a GoPhone?
Alright well this is what I am planning on doing…
I am going to buy a cheap GoPhone and activate it with the $39.99 ‘pick your plan’ deal. Then buy a new unlocked phone (LG Xenon) that is compatitable with AT&T and put the sim card into that phone.
So my question is, will I have the GoPhone plan on the LG Xenon? The ‘pick your plan’ will have both data and messaging features, so will I be able to call, browse the internet, instant message, and text with my LG Xenon? I was told yes, but I just want to make sure so I am not wasting money on something that won’t even work. And also, will the LG Xenon’s 3G compatability still work with the GoPhone plan?
