cell phone question?
i have a lg muziq phone. i can connect it to my computerto download song via usb.
is there a way i could download free ringtone and games via computer to my phone
On that phone you can transfer mp3 files two ways: Via USB or with the micro SD card and a card reader.
With Micro SD card:
1. Remove card from phone.
2. Insert card into card adapter.
3. Insert into SD card reader.
4. Open My computer on your PC.
5. Open the disk labeled Removable Disk.
6. Open appropriate folder Media for Music and DCIM for pictures/videos.
7. Drag and drop the files that you wish to have on your phone from the computer and put them into the appropriate folder.
8. You can now remove the card from the computer and reinsert into the phone.
Via USB:
1. Connect phone to computer using USB cable
On Phone:
1. Press Menu.
2. Scroll to Tool and press ok.
3. Scroll to USB Flash Drive and press ok.
4. Scroll to Yes and press ok.
On Computer:
~Found new hardware displays in the lower right hand of the screen, after a few minutes, after the bubble changes a few time, it will eventually read your hardware is installed and ready to be used.
1. Double-click on My Computer.
2. Open Removable Disk.
3. Open corresponding folder Media for music or DCIM for pictures/videos.
4. Drag and drop files from the computer into the corresponding folder.
5. Disconnect the phone from USB cable after dragging and dropping files.
Make sure all of the files are in one of the following formats or they will not play on your phone:
MP3, ACC, MP4, M4A, 3GP, and 3G2.
