Lost & found cell phones…?
If you find a cell phone, is it possible that you can unlock it then get it turned on, like start fresh? Is it possible to take it to the service place & exchange it for a different phone – whether it be of the same price or lower? Or would there be some sort of altercation if you bring a lost phone in to make your own? Would you have to get a new battery to start fresh?
Btw, this is an LG EnV2 I’m talking about.
Usually when a phone is found, the original owner has reported it it as lost/stolen. You can not trade the phone in for a new one. Generally they are useless. Especially Verizon phones.
