My phone service had been suspended 10 days ago. And now I find out that it was my cell phone companys fault. What had happend was some tried to make a payment and had accendly paid on my account. But later realized that and rejected the credit card bill.

So now the stupid supervisor say she wil just give me 40$ credit.

I mean come on. You cut of my service. And now I have to go buy a 40 sim card. Drive there. Waste my time. And all because if your mistake. You broke my trust. And now you only remburst me for 40$ sim card.

Should I ask for more? Maybe a new phone? Or should I make s complaint in the complaints department?

Definitely make a complaint to the complaints department. It’s breaking consumer rights law, you are entitled to reimbursement on everything you lost under law and you should inform them of that over the phone.

Be assertive and tell them that you are not happy with the offer of the $40 credit and that you are the one who has to drive out there to pick it up etc. It’s their mistake, they must, BY LAW, repay you for their mistake.

If you are assertive and tell them that over the phone, I assure you, you will get reimbursed every sent they cost you.
