Does a cell phone plan exist where the “coverage area” is all of North-America?
I’m looking for the answer to this question as well and to clarify (because some people don’t seem to understand that North America does not equal USA), I’m looking for a cell phone plan that can be used in Canada, Mexica and the USA without paying any roaming or long distance charges. Cingular/AT&T used to have a plan like this but discontinued it back in December of 2006 IIRC, and Verizon had a plan like that they just cancelled as of May 16th. As far as I can tell there’s no cell phone carrier in the US that offers this sort of plan anymore. I’m starting to check Canadian companies, but I’m not all that hopeful.
