help getting pics from my phone to my computer.?
ok, i’ve had a cell phone for a while but just got a new one and a memory card to go with it (first memory card)
i have the voyager (i don’t think it matters) i have pics on the micro memory card, i put it in the adapter (which is the size of a normal card) and then pop it into my computer. then, nothing happens.
how do i find the inserted memory card?
If you’re popping it in one of the built-in memory card slots, it may not tell you immediately if it recognizes it, the only way you can tell is go to Windows Explorer (or My Computer, whichever you prefer the most), and check those drive letters. I have an enV (not that it matters) which uses a microSD card and use a miniSD adapter, and plug it straight in, then look at all the options for “Removable Disk” in My Computer/Windows Explorer to find the right one that’s reading my card.
If it’s still giving you trouble, leave the card in and reboot. When you reboot then it will automatically search for things connected to your computer, such as a new Hard Drive, and will recognize the card then. It’s still most likely going to be under one of the “removable drive”s.
