hi, i’m looking for a new cell phone on amazon, and I found 2 same phones, except one says GSM, and the other one is regular?? I have the website here

can anyone explain the difference to me??? and What’s a GSM phone? right now my cell phone provider is cingular, what kind of phone would work for that?
I think they’re the same, they will both work for ur cingular provider. it’s a very nice phone.
