how do i get my mom to let me have this?
k so here’s the deal,, i’ve had a pre-paid cell before. LOTS of them. and i want to be on my mom’s cell phone plan and do chores that way i don’t have to get mintues each month worry about if it’s turned off, you get better fones, etc; but my mom thinks i won’t do chores and i’ve tried EVERYTHING, and i really want a CELL phone on her plan.
PLEASE HELP?

Writing letters to my parents to get something like that always worked. Let her know in a sincere letter that you are willing to work very hard around the house (and keep your grades up) for the phone.
Parents like to have authority most of the time in a situation like this. So, give her the option to take away your cell phone if she doesn’t feel like you’re working hard enough for it.
Give her options, make her feel like she is in control of the situation and the decision, and she is more likely to turn around.
