What Pre-Paid Cell Phone Plans are the best?

Between Boost Mobile, AT&T GoPhone, and Virgin Mobile, what is the best choice. Also, of the 3 plans, how much will web cost. I know Boost Mobile has $0.35/Day unlimited, but it’s deducted every day whether you use the web or not (unless you cancel). I don’t like that idea, because I still want to go on the web, without being charge every day. It will accumulate up my money. What is your opinion and experience?

Thanks
I am using it for voice, text, and web. I am thinking of the lowest pay as you go.
For example, $0.25/Min Call, $0.20/Text, and $1.50 Per Mb or $0.01 per KB. So the things like that, lowest.

Are you using the phone only for web access, or also for Voice calls and texting?

Of the three you mentioned, I like VM the best for their web services. If you have a monthly plan, you can add:
20 mb of data per month for $5, or
50 mb for $10.

On the pay as you go plan, you can get:
5 mb for $5,
20 mb for $10, or
50 mb for $20

VM isn’t as straight-forward with their pricing as some other services, though, and for any of the above packages you’ll also have to factor in that you’ll be paying something for voice in addition to the data packs. And, VM and Boost use the Sprint network, which is getting better but still not as wide in coverage as Verizon or ATT.

One service that you might also consider is the new Straight Talk service. They’re another brand from TracFone, but appealing to a higher-usage audience. They have a plan that’s 1000 minutes, 1000 texts, and 30 mb of data per month for $30. If you run out of minutes, texts, or data before the end of the month, you can simply add another $30 card and you’re ready to go again.

The biggest advantage of Straight Talk is that it is on the Verizon network, which in my experience is the best U.S. network.

The disadvantage is that right now, the phone selection is quite limited (like boost when it first started). The phones are only availlable for sale at Walmart for now, though they will be introduced at other retailers as the service rolls out across the country. If you can’t find a Straight Talk phone in your local walmart, you can order it online from walmart.com for delivery to your home or to your nearest store for in-store pick-up.
