Where can I find a prepaid phone card with cheap rates to the following contries?
To be honest it is very hard to find a card that has my specifications. The specifications are:
calling from USA to Vietnam(Cell),China(Cell),Japan(Cell),and South Korea(Cell)
On SAME card
NO prepaid cell cards needed
NO connection, surcharge, maitainence, more than 1 minute rounding fees
10 cents or less per minute to each country(recommended)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try bridging it with voip you wil be paying 10cent + termination charges. Check i2bridge feature in voicestick.com
