Motorola Razor?
I have motorola razor cell phone.Very new, no problems so far.Yesterday I plugged it to my charger because I knew the battery was drained.Here is the problem- when I plug it – nothing happens. I always get a blue screen and then it says “charging”, this time the phone appears to be completely dead.I pressed all the buttons and nothing happend.Did anybody had the same problem? Is it the battery, or the phone itself?
i work for t-mobile…and i get these problems all the time. it seems like its the phone. when you plug in the charger the battery should just flash first red yellow then when its close to being done charging it should be green. It seems like you have a defected phone try taking out the battery and puttin it back in if it still does the same thing i would say take it back and exchange it. if its past your 14 days from when you purchased it (30 in cali) then all you have to do is contact customer care and they will do a warranty exchange for you. their number is 1800-937-8997 or 611 from your phone! good luck
