whats the cheapest, most basic, cell phone that I can buy in bulk?
Its for a senior prank. It only need to stay on, have an alarm function, and a speaker. I dont care how poorly built the phone is. I would really like to buy from a wholesale Chinese company. I dont care if they are used or refurbished.

Should be Alcatel C123.U know Alcatel?It is a french cellphone company which is owned by TCL(China).
It costs only around 16 dollars(109 yuan),special designed for basic function.
BUT the original real one has no vibrating function.
There are some OEM copy ones has vibrating functions cost about 17 dollars(125 yuan).
