Can you use Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) to transfer ringtones to your cell phone?
I have a couple of shortened mp3′s and Motorola Phone Tools on my computer. I was wondering if I could use that program to transfer the mp3′s and turn them into ringtones on a Motorola RAZR v3. (I don’t have the phone yet)

Not if you’ve got Verizon. Verizon has pretty much locked the phone down. In that case you could upload from a site like:
