I need a prepaid cell phone.?
I need a prepaid verizon cell phone. Are there any with a camera that cost 20 dollars? (30 dollars maximum but I prefer less) I only have 70 dollars and I need to buy a prepaid card as well as a phone.
Where can I get a cheap phone and phone card. I know walmart, but are there any cheaper places.
Does Dollar General sell the phones and cards?
Also, which plan is cheapest. I need verizon because the people i want to text have verizon so i have no other options.

You do know that you can only text verizon people if you have a real verizon cell phone not a prepaid one. and you cant get a prepaid one with a camera
