Why does my Samsung Beat cell phone power off on its own?
I have had two Samsung Beat cell phones through t-mobile. For no reason at all, the first cell phone started to power off on its own, usually mid conversation. I called t-mobile and they sent me a new Samsung Beat. It worked fine for about two weeks then it started to power off too! (By the way, the battery is fully charged.) Has anyone had or heard of this problem with this particular model? Thanks.
it’s a common problem, there is a “glitch” in the firmware, the phone can be flashed if you have the software to do it, but you’ll need to hunt around online for both the flashing program and the updated firmware
