Ringtones for Phones

I might get a Motorola RAZR V3 for cingulars GoPhone service. I have the choice of Black or Silver. Whitch one do you have and what do you like about it -Or- if you think that i should get another cingular GoPhone pay-as-you-go cell phone then recomend that. (my zipcode is 04020 to look at phones that work in my area enter 0-4-0-2-0 (with no dashes) {{I love cingular and it comes in in my area so plz dont say they suck or anything like that because i won’t listen… U DONT LIVE WHERE I DO SO U DONT NO!
u can also recomend if u dont have the phone too…. my price limit is $200.00!
