Ringtones for Phones

This is a multinational company in Thailand. I was having a internal meeting with another department. There is an issue that you cannot handle, I called my boss on cell phone to see how will he handle it. The head of another department made fun of me said “oh she called Daddy for help” Can any legal action be taken againts this person ? when thing got out of your control, you call your supervisor. His comment made me feel stupid and feel like sexist. Please advice…I want to teach him a lesson..
