i want to buy a cricket cell phone and my friend has a Tmobile Razr up for sale for cheap. I was wondering, will they let u register a tmobile razr with cricket? i heard something about unlocking…how do u do that? please explane..i dont know too much about this stuff.
no idea. idek what GSM means . sorry. does anyone know if cricket is a GSM carrier?
Sorry, but you can’t use the T-Mobile phone with Cricket. T-Mobile’s phones and network are GSM, which require a sim card in order to work. Cricket’s phones and network are CDMA, which doesn’t use sim cards. They are two completely different technologies and are not compatible with each other. Even if you were to get the T-Mobile phone unlocked, it will not work with a CDMA carrier.
