This guy ripped me off and i want to know how to find him.?

I have his phone number .. its his cell phone number .. its a tmobile cell phone number ... also i have his email address ... i think its from his sidekick tmobile email because its a tmail.com email address ... i know the city he lives in ... how can i find him? he ripped me off for some software I bought from craigslist and it doesn't work and ive emailed him several times and he keeps denying that anything is wrong ... what can i do?

Call him, check your phone bill where the call was made to, and you have where he is
