Do you people believe that people that work at a Call Center for cell phones are Intelligent or otherwise?

For the most part they are intelligent, though some people are better in some areas than others, but you do notice that the people who work for the company directly as opposed to outsourced call centers tend to have a higher level of intelligence since the company call center has higher standards than an outsourced call center who will take practically anyone (there was an article recently about how outsource companies in India do their hiring by taking a bus around to pick up new employees off the street).
